For any form you are assigned to complete the following icons will be situated to the right of a question response.
Icon 1 is Response History, any answer entered into the question response will be stored within response history.
Icon 2 is Question Notes, this allows a user to add additional information for a question.
Icon 3 is Attachment Notes, this allows a user to add an attachment to a note.
Icon 4 is Actions, this allows a user to allocate specific tasks for either themselves or other users to complete.
Icon 5 is Email, this allows a user to create reminders via email for a set date.
