You are changing the status of the Occupational Health test from Logged to Completed.
Click on the 
icon.
A new pop up will appear, click the Check Status drop down box and change the status to completed, then click Save.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
