From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Occupational Health icon in the Modules section.
A new page will appear. Click the relevant form.
Click Notes and then click Add Note.
Enter the relevant note details, then click Add Note.
Click on the
A new pop up will appear, click Choose File.
A new pop up will appear. Find the relevant file and click Open. Then click Upload.
