Currently the submission of the F2508 form for RIDDOR reportable incidents on xCenta doesn't function correctly due to the HSE changing their submission form.
You can either fill out the form as usual, then speak to a member of the xCenta team and they will submit it on your behalf or you can submit it directly on the HSE website by clicking here.
For any RIDDOR incidents you are able to log information such as a RIDDOR reference, use the following guide if you wish to record this information.
From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Incidents icon in the Modules section.
A new window will appear. Click on the 
icon for the incident you wish to edit.
A new tab will open. There are 5 different tabs.
Tab 1 is all the details for the incident.
Tab 2 is the injury picker.
Tab 3 is the controls for the incident if it is RIDDOR reportable.
Tab 4 is for any additional information you may want to add onto the incident.
Tab 5 is for notes and attachments.
Click the RIDDOR button.
A new tab will appear, fill in the relevant details and click Save.
