You will receive an email notifying you that your question has been answered.
From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Incidents icon in the Modules section.
A new page will appear, click on the relevant incident, click on the History tab.
Click on the question link to view the answer.
A new pop up will appear, this shows the question has been answered.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
