From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Incidents icon in the Modules section.
A new page will appear, click on the 
icon on the relevant Incident.
A new pop up will appear, click on the Injuries tab, then click Show Injury Diagram.
A new pop up will appear. Click on the body part of the new injury, fill in the relevant information and click Save.
