The status tick boxes in a incident determine what the status of the incident is, whether it is an on going incident or it has been dealt with and closed.


By default Logged, Open and Solicitors are always ticked when you open the incidents module, status can be ticked and unticked to determine which incident you are looking for, but after leaving the page it will default back to Logged, Open and Solicitors
