How do I access a form within the incident module? : xCenta

From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Incidents icon in the Modules section.

A new page will appear. Click on the relevant incident.

A new drop down will appear, there you will be able to access the relevant form.

If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
