From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Incidents icon in the Modules section.
A new page will appear, click on the 
icon on the relevant Incident.
A new pop up will appear, click on the Injuries tab.
Click on Show Injury Diagram.
A diagram will drop down.
Click on the relevant red number of the body part, a new column will appear, edit the relevant information and click Update.
Once you have made the changes, click the Save button.
