Before following this guide, please ensure you are logged into the site where your employee record will be located, it will be situated at the main site you work from. To be able to switch site, click on the site name in the top right hand corner and then click Switch Site.



A new pop up will appear. Select the relevant site in either drop downs or the list below and click Ok.



From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the arrow to open up the modules if they are not already maximized.



Click on the Employeemodule.



A new page will appear. Click on your name, scroll down to the policies and procedures section and click on the relevant form, for example Display Screen Equipment Self-Assessment.
