The First Icon on the Left takes you to the Qualifications Section.

The second icon on the left takes you to the Employees Active Courses.

The third Icon will show you the Employees Completed Course.

The fourth icon will show you the Employees Failed Courses.

The fifth icon will show you the Employees Overdue Courses.
