From the xCenta Dashboard, click on Tools > Admin in the top right of the screen.
From the administration screen, click on Manage Roles.
Find the Choose Role field and click on the drop down box below it.
Find the Role associated to your user and click it, for example Site Administrator.
Scroll down to the Employee Permissions and tick the View All Employee Records.
At the bottom of the page click the Save button to make the changes.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
