From the xCenta Dashboard, click on the Incidents icon in the Modules section.
A new window will appear. Click on the 
icon for the incident you wish to edit.
A new tab will open. There are 5 different tabs.
Tab 1 (Details) is all the details for the incident.
Tab 2 (Injuries) is the injury picker.
Tab 3 (RIDDOR) is the controls for the incident if it is RIDDOR reportable.
Tab 4 (Further Information) is for any additional information you may want to add onto the incident.
Tab 5 (Notes) is for notes and attachments.
Once you have made the changes, click Save.
